From leafy Regent's Park, begin with a safety briefing and an outline of basic handling techniques from your expert instructor. Then go out onto the water, each of you in your own one-person kayak. You'll be shown a variety of skills used by the experts to quickly get the hang of your boat. This kayaking option takes place when everyone else is at work and we think you'll be surprised at the level of quiet calm. What's more, it's great fun and can't be beaten for the sheer pleasure of powering silently across the water. The scenery around you makes a perfect backdrop and is really quite relaxing. Your experience begins with a short safety briefing before a qualified instructor takes you on two demonstration laps in a hot hatch so you can learn the racing lines and circuit driving techniques on this 1.8 mile circuit. Next take the wheel of an Italian Ferrari classic in either a Ferrari 328 or Ferrari 355 for four high speed laps. Once you've got your breath back, you'll move on to the 'must have' American muscle car - the supercharged 6-litre V12 Hummer H2 - for a further four laps. These two very different cars will give you a completely different ride, with your instructor encouraging you all the way. You'll finish with a debrief and certificate presentation.

Have you ever looked up to see a hot air balloon drifting silently overhead? With this experience it'll be you in the basket of the balloon, looking down. First you'll meet your pilot and get a flight safety briefing, before helping to prepare and inflate the balloon. Then you'll climb into the basket - just you two and your pilot - ready for launching. You'll fly at heights of up to 5,000 feet, enjoying 360 degree beautiful views as the countryside awakes, and the restful peace and quiet (except for when the propane burners are going, that is). Because the balloon moves with the wind, you'll feel no wind at all, just sheer enjoyment. After landing you can help the crew pack the balloon away, before a celebratory glass of champagne (or a soft drink). Then you'll be driven back to the launch site. You'll be presented with a commemorative flight certificate, and some centres also offer the chance to purchase an in-flight photo.
