Did you ever dream of running away to join the circus when you were a kid? This experience will show you what you missed out on. And you're certainly in for a busy day. You'll learn acrobatic balancing and tumbling (like cartwheels and handstands - definitely stuff you can show off to your friends), stilt walking, juggling and diabolo (the spinny thing that you juggle with sticks). And then there's the really amazing stuff - static trapeze, tight wire walking and (drum roll please!) flying trapeze. You won't forget this day in a hurry! If it all sounds impossible, and frankly pretty scary, don't worry; you'll be under constant expert supervision, within a carefully controlled environment. All equipment hire is included (except for the natty sequined costume), and you'll also get lunch at the nearby Juggler Cafe. Just bring a sense of humour, bags of energy and willingness to look like a bit of a clown...

Enjoy a fascinating insight into the world of Wedgwood with an experience that combines the history and nostalgia of this famous brand as well as the chance to have some hands on fun at the Wedgwood Visitor Centre. Start with coffee and shortbread on arrival, followed by a self guided tour of the centre where you'll learn all about Josiah Wedgwood and his company, see some rare museum pieces and watch the master potters at work. Next up enjoy a two course lunch (served on Wedgwood china, of course!). Then it's time to get your hands dirty - literally! Helped by a master craftsman you'll throw a pot of your own each. When you've finished, Wedgwood will fire your pots and post them to you at home, so they can take pride of place on your mantelpieces. You'll also receive an exclusive gift (a beautiful bone china hand-painted coaster) from the exclusive range of products at the centre, a privilege card giving you two years' free entry and a 10 percent discount on entry to nearby Trentham Gardens.
