Cowboy Trail Riding Adventure for Three

Cowboy Trail Riding Adventure for Three

Discover your inner cowboys or cowgirls on this great trail ride in the New Forest, England's answer to the Wild West (more trees, not so many cacti). You'll be riding a beautiful Western Paint horse, western-style - this style of riding is easier to learn and feels more secure than riding English-style, so it's great even for beginners. And those cowboys had to spend all day in the saddle, so they made darn sure it was comfortable! The stresses of everyday life will drift away as you head off on a two-hour trail through beautiful countryside, led by experienced wranglers. Back at the ranch, enjoy a barbecue meal and plenty of hot coffee. Rawhide!

Primate Keeper for TwoPrimate Keeper for Two

You don't have to go all the way to South America to get up close and personal with primates. Coming to some tree-tops near you (well, in Cornwall anyway) are some beautiful and endangered woolly and capuchin monkeys. This experience involves a trip to a sanctuary dedicated to their welfare and conservation and is a must for any fans of these beautiful creatures. After meeting primate keepers and receiving a health and safety briefing, assist the team with cleaning out the woolly monkeys, meet the capuchins and hear about their backgrounds. Take a well deserved lunchbreak at Tree Top Cafe, after which you will help prepare the woolly monkeys' lunchtime fruit bowl, pick wild leaves from the Victorian gardens and get involved in monkey enrichment. After a quick coffee break, learn how to make a capuchin fruit bowl. Each of you will take home a t shirt and certificate, photos of the monkeys you have met and a one year free membership of the sanctuary.

Horse Riding in the Country for ThreeHorse Riding in the Country for Three

Horse riding isn't just spoiled little girls cajoling fat ponies round the gymkhana course - it's relaxing, exciting and refreshingly outdoorsy. So whether you're a novice or an experienced rider we're sure that you'll love this riding day. Staff always appreciate an early arrival so that you can all get registered and help make sure the experience begins promptly and runs to time. You'll start off with a half hour lesson within the grounds of the riding school, during which your instructor will assess your abilities to plan your next activity. Then you'll either continue with your lesson or go out on a hack (including walk and trot) in lovely English countryside or woodland. On your first visit, cantering is not allowed outside the arenas. Over the course of the experience you'll have three hours' riding, taking place before and after a hearty three course lunch, which you'll thoroughly deserve - riding is pretty physical and there's nothing like fresh air to make a person hungry!
