Wind tunnels have been used for years to test the aerodynamics of cars. Then some bright spark came up with the idea of flipping one upright and jumping into the airflow - and body flying was born. The wind tunnel is a 120mph wall of air, easily strong enough to support your weight, so that you can experience freefall without the need to jump out of a plane. You'll both start off with a safety briefing from your instructor before being kitted out with your specialist flight suit. Then step into the wind tunnel with your instructor, where you'll both be lifted into the air for two incredible 60 second sessions of body flying (as a comparison, during a skydive from 10,000 feet, you would experience around 30 seconds of freefall). If you're lucky, your instructor will jump on the flow and show you some astonishing freefall acrobatics. Your flying session will end with a debrief and you'll even get a DVD of your flights to take home.

Start off with a welcome and safety briefing from your qualified instructor, then learn basic driving techniques in a Mini Cooper, with you behind the wheel for ten minutes. Your instructor will then demonstrate circuit driving techniques and racing lines in a BMW Alpina D3 on the circuit, with you riding as a passenger. Your time has now come - drive the breathtaking Aston Martin DB9, capable of over 180mph, for another ten whole minutes yourself. The circuit is 1.8 miles long and has been specially designed to put amazing cars like the DB9 through their paces. This experience is guaranteed to leave you shaken and stirred! Concludes with a certificate presentation.
Enter football training heaven at a Goals Soccer Centre, home of some of the premier five-a-side football venues in the country. You and up to nine of your football mad friends spend the first hour of your experience developing your passing, dribbling, defending and shooting skills, under the guidance of an FA or SFA qualified coach. Then break for a bite to eat during which you and your fellow team mates have the opportunity to ask the coach any questions and pick up tips on how to improve your game. As the second half gets under way, go for it and apply those newly developed skills in a 30 min five-a-side match, under the watchful eye of your coach who will continue to provide input into your technique. After the match there will be a presentation where every single player receives an attendance certificate, a medal and a football to take away. In addition the coach will present certificates for the Goal of the Game, Man of the Match and the Fair Play award. May the best team win!

You'll start with a full briefing about the car, when you'll be taught about clutch control, steering and braking techniques before hitting the track. Then you can take the RST on a test stage with an expert instructor calling the corners as you power your way around, perfecting those sideway slides as seen on TV!
